Needed to tape my kneecap to keep it in place. Product recommended by my PT person. After two lessons from her, I was able to apply the tape myself. Works best if you clean the skin first with alcohol to remove grease. Use a pre-tape spray before applying tape to make it even more sticky (like Mueller Tuffner.) Tape sticks to skin better than to itself, so make sure the ends of the tape contact some skin, rather than just the tape. My applications lasted at least 5 days (about two trips to the pool and 3 showers). Don't try the hot tub, or it comes right off.
