Its crazy how they constructed a great product, almost. The door to the charging port is the weak point. The time they took to make this case and the obvious failure of the charge port door leads me to believe they did it on purpose. They just happen to have packs of 3 or 4 extra door pieces for sale at the price of $14.95. Sounds helpful except for the fact you can spend alot of money in a year on something that is guaranteed to break. They told me that some people are to rough with them so they break! "Rugged" is in the name! Anyways I wish I would have stayed with the case I am familiar with, the lifeproof brands. Oh one more thing to know. They headphone port is not waterproof while using. If you are familiar with lifeproof cases you know that the headphone cord screws into the port and the case. The Dog and Bone headphone jack just pushes in with no seal. So dont plan on doing any laps in the pool with the D&B not so slim and not so rugged case. I still cant believe they told me I was being to ruff with my rugged dog and bone case! One part fails then it all fails. Don't bother.
